Mexico’s Foreign Minister Emilio Rabasa has accepted an invitation to visit Israel and will arrive here early next week. Rabasa has indicated he wishes to discuss Mexico’s vote at the UN General Assembly in favor of the anti-Zionist resolution. The Foreign Ministry indicated that Rabasa’s visit, a “working visit,” will have minimum ceremonial protocol.
