Zvi Gershuni, an Alignment Knesset member collapsed suddenly yesterday morning at the Knesset building a few minutes before the House Finance Committee, of which he was a member, was scheduled to meet. He was immediately rushed to the Shaare Zedek Hospital and died there. Gershuni, 60, was a member of Kibbutz Nir-Am, and was the Alignment representative on the Knesset Finance Committee. He came to Israel 40 years ago and was active in the kibbutz movement.
