Leopold Trepper, who was the head of the Soviet underground “Red Orchestra” during World War II, and Simon Wiesenthal, head of the Nazi documentation center in Vienna, will be the main speakers at the Second World Congress of Underground Fighters Jan. 12-17 in Tel Aviv. Foreign Minister Yigal Allon and Mrs. Golda Meir will address the expected 400 delegates from 15 countries.
