The Cabinet approved a recommendation by the Asher Committee on conflicts of interest that Agriculture Minister Ariel Sharon divest himself of all interest in his large Negev farm for the duration of his tern in office. Sharon told his colleagues he would comply. He is expected to place his farm in the hands of trustees.
