The Herzl Institute will commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration the evening of Nov. 6. Lord Fisher of Camden, president of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, Prof. Melvin I. Urofsky, of Virginia Commonwealth University, and Jacques. Torczyner, chairman, Theoder Herzl Institute and member of the Executive of the World Zionist Organization-American Section, will speak. The program will be held at the Central Synagogue, 128 East 55th Street.
