Zachar Tesker, a five-year refusnik, has received an exit visa to Israel, it was reported here. The 31-year-old soccer coach, of Moscow, had has nose broken by KGB agents in October 1976 when he and 12 Jewish activists were taken to a forest outside Moscow and beaten after they had staged a sit-in of the Supreme Soviet.
