Frank Sinatra arrived Tuesday for a one-week visit as a guest of the board of governors of the Hebrew University. The purpose of his visit is the inauguration of the Frank Sinatra Student Center at the university of Mr. Scopus Campus. Sinatra will be feted Wednesday by President Ephraim Katzir, and later this week he will attend a ceremony in which Premier Menachem Begin will be honored with an honorary doctorate by the Hebrew University.
