A civil defense guard who killed an Arab resident of East Jerusalem last month will be tried by a military court. The guard shot the Arab near the Rockefeller Museum in East Jerusalem, only a few hours after a soldier was shot by unidentified Arabs at the same place. The guard claimed self-defense in his interrogation.
