Henry Rosenbaum was appointed recently as project implementor of the Joint Distribution Committee in Israel, Harold Trobe, director of the organization, announced in Jerusalem. Rosenbaum was the first graduate in 1973 of the Federation Executive Recruitment and Education Program of the Council of Jewish Federations. Prior to settling in Israel in May, he served as assistant director of the Rochester Jewish Community Federation.
