A rally on behalf of the Vietnamese boat people will be held Sunday noon at the Dag Hammarskjold Plaza of the United Nations. The rally, organized by the Committee Against Genocide by Vietnam, is sponsored by major Jewish organizations in the New York area. A spokesperson for the American Jewish Congress, which has been instrumental in providing major assistance to the Chinese-American coalition, said that some of the speakers scheduled for the rally are Rep. Elizabeth Holtzman (D. NY), Rep. Ted Weiss (D. NY) and Hodassah Rosensaft, member of the President’s Committee on the Holocaust.
