A group of American investors was reported Thursday about to sign on agreement with the Ministry of Housing to build flats for rental. The group, which includes several Lawyers, plans to raise $70-$80 million from American insurance companies. They are represented in Israel by Jonathan and Joab Hurwitz, sons of Finance Minister Yigal Hurwitz.
