The 30th anniversary of the Israel Bond Organization will be celebrated at an International Leadership Conference in Mexico City Sept. 3-6. Sam Rothberg, president of the organization, said leaders from the U.S. and Canada will consider the partnership role of the Jewish communities in the free world in Israel’s economic endeavors during the decade of the ’80s. He emphasized the conference would focus attention on long-range and immediate problems and prospects for Israel’s economy.
