A memorial meeting will be held for Dr. Emanuel Neumann on Wednesday at 4 p.m. at the World Zionist Organization-American Section headquarters at 515 Park Ave. Neumann, who was a former chairman of the WZO-American Section, died Sunday in Tel Aviv at the age of 87. Charlotte Jacobson, chairman of the WZO-American Section, and Ivan Novick, president of the Zionist Organization of America, of which Neumann was president and honorary president, will address the gathering.
