Ambassador Yehuda Blum of Israel said that Ismat Kittani of Iraq, General Assembly President, should temporarily hand over his duties to an Assembly Vice President on any matter affecting Israel. Blum reacted to a statement by Kittani that he would refuse to deal with the Israeli or Iranian delegates after both criticized his election as Assembly President.
