Foreign Ministry sources said in Jerusalem Monday that President Francois Mitterrand of France will come to Israel on March 3 for a three-day official visit. It will be the first by a French chief of state. A party of French officials is due in Israel Tuesday to coordinate plans for the visit with Israeli officials.
