Premier Menachem Begin, who suffered a severe hip injury last November, returned to his office Monday for the first time. He stayed only for the morning but said he planned to put in a full day beginning Tuesday. Begin has attended Knesset sessions in recent weeks in a wheelchair. But he entered his office Monday on his two feet, though aided by an orthopedic walker.
