Polish radio will broadcast a Passover program on Wednesday evening, the first night of Passover, according to the Yiddish newspaper Folks Sztyme published in Warsaw. The paper reported in its March 27th edition that the 30-minute special Passover broadcast would be carried on April 7 on the Polish radio’s Second Program (medium wave), beginning at 8 p.m. local time.
The Folks Sztyme report said the program, hosted by the head of the Warsaw Jewish community, Moses Finkelstein, and conducted by Dr. Szymon Datner, would contain selections from Jewish liturgical music.
