U.S. Admiral (retired) Hyman Rickover, known as the father of the American Navy’s nuclear submarine fleet, has arrived in Israel as the guest of the Herut Party which is headed by Prime Minister Menachem Begin. Rickover, who is 82, left active duty only earlier this year.
