Charlotte Jacobson, chairman of the Soviet Jewry Research Bureau of the National Conference on Soviet Jewry, reported Monday that only 246 Jews arrived in Vienna during September.
There will be no Bulletin dated October II, Columbus Day, a postal holiday.
