A 42-year-old reserve private was killed last Thursday when the vehicle in which he was travelling was ambushed south of Aley village in Lebanon, according to an army spokesman. At the same time, the spokesman reported that a number of bazooka shells were fired at a bus travelling on the Lebanese coastal road north of Tyre. There were no casualties reported.
