The cities of Bonn and Tel Aviv will on December 20 sign a “friendship accord” providing for wide-ranging programs and contacts in the fields of culture, education, science and tourism. Both cities have committed themselves to deepening their contacts in these fields and others to the extent of their respective financial resources. The accord will be signed in a ceremony in Tel Aviv by Mayor Shlomo Lahat and Bonn Mayor Hans Daniels. The Bonn delegation will be in Israel December 18-22. While there the group will visit Jerusalem.
