The American Jewish Committee has hailed the decision of the Voice of America to double the air time of a special weekly radio program aimed at Jewish audiences in the Soviet Union. The program, Jewish Life, was expanded from 15 to 30 minutes a week.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
