A manuscript with the musical notation of the Sabbath table melody “Zur Mishelo Achalnu” as sung by Jews in Germany about 500 years ago has been discovered at the Bavarian National and University Library in Munich by Prof. Israel Adler, director of the Jewish Music Center at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This is one of the oldest musical notations of Jewish music traditions ever found.

There will be no Daily News Bulletin dated September 26, because of Yom Kippur.
