An IDF soldier and a civilian injured by shots fired at them near Gaza on Sunday were reported Tuesday in stable condition in the intensive care unit of Soroka Hospital in Beersheba. The PLO in Beirut reported Monday that the attack had been carried out by its Force 17 commando unit.
