Yasir Arafat, chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization, will address the United Nations Human Rights Commission here Friday morning, it was announced Tuesday.
Arafat was last in Geneva in September to attend a United Nations conference on the Palestinian problem. The commission is currently holding its annual six-week conference here.
