The International Committee of the Red Cross announced here Tuesday that it has enlarged its relief teams in the Israeli-administered territories because of the large number of Palestinian civilians injured in the recent disturbances.

The Geneva-based humanitarian agency, accusing Israel of violating the Fourth Geneva Convention with respect to the treatment of civilians, said it sent an additional five representatives to the territories and one nurse. It also provided four fully equipped ambulances to the local branches of the Red Crescent, the Moslem equivalent of the Red Cross, in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
