JERUSALEM, Dec. 9 (JTA) — Israeli police have uncovered a forgery ring that produced and sold fake diplomatic passports for African states. Among the suspected members of the ring was a 31-year-old Herzliya resident. A police search of his house turned up fake documents, stamps and passports. Police believe that the ring sold the passports for thousands of dollars to Israelis.
