Agents for Israel’s Mossad launched their failed attempt to bug an apartment near Bern after receiving information that the fundamentalist Hezbollah movement was planning a terror attack on a Jewish target in Switzerland, according to a Swiss newspaper report. The operatives for Israel’s foreign intelligence service were caught in the middle of the operation, resulting in the arrest of one and the release of four others after they were detained briefly. Security is reportedly being bolstered at Jewish sites in Switzerland.
