Israel’s Labor Party began scrambling to find a candidate to run against popular Tel Aviv Mayor Roni Milo. Labor leader Ehud Barak said the decision was taken after the former Jerusalem police chief, Aryeh Amit, a Labor favorite, announced he was not running on Milo’s municipal list.
