An American cable television network said it would no longer use a character in a comic strip that the Anti-Defamation League called anti-Semitic. Grandpa Boris had been drawn with a large hook nose and heavy-lidded eyes in a comic strip adaptation of the Nickelodeon network’s “Rugrats” show.
