German police arrested three neo-Nazis on charges of beating an off-duty police officer in the eastern state of Brandenburg. The policeman had stopped the three when he heard them singing Nazi anthems. The youths then allegedly knocked the officer to the ground and began kicking him in the head and face with steel-toed boots.
