The Palestinian Authority gave Israel on Wednesday a list of 30,000 police officers serving in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Israel has been seeking the list since the first Oslo accord was signed in 1993. In a conciliatory gesture after receiving the list, Israel allowed the second-in-command of the Damascus- based Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Abu Ali Mustafa, to enter the self-rule areas.
