An interfaith group from the United States, Canada and Mexico plan to spend Passover together on a peace pilgrimage. The 36 Jews, Christians, Muslims and Quakers participating in Festival of Freedom 2000 will retrace the steps of the Exodus from Egypt to the Sinai Desert to Jerusalem. Festival of Freedom is an L.A.-based grassroots project dedicated to interfaith efforts.
