An independent commission investigating the Orthodox Union’s handling of complaints that a high-ranking employee in its youth group sexually harassed and molested teen-agers says it expects to interview more than 100 people and review thousands of pages of documents. Formed three weeks ago amid allegations that the O.U. ignored repeated complaints about Rabbi Baruch Lanner, the commission is urging anyone with information to e-mail inquiryncsy@yahoo.com.
