U.S. Secretary of Defense William Cohen is scheduled to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak on Wednesday to discuss the ongoing regional violence. Cohen, who is touring the Middle East, met Tuesday with Jordanian King Abdullah, who called for an immediate end to “Israeli aggression” against Palestinians, according to Jordan’s state news agency.
