Conservative women rabbis have “transformed the Jewish world,” one of the rabbis’ leading supporters said at a gathering celebrating their contributions. Francine Klagsbrun, a writer and member of a commission that pushed during the 1980s for ordaining Conservative women rabbis, spoke Sunday at a two-day, all-women gathering in New York.
