Dover Koshashvilli’s “Belated Wedding” won the $40,000 Wolgin Prize for best full-length feature at the Jerusalem Film Festival. The $10,000 prize for best documentary was awarded to Ayelet Menahemi and Eloni Ariel for “It’s About Time,” and the $5,000 award for best film short went to Eliran Knoller and Amir Gilad for “Offside.”
