Six players from the London soccer team Chelsea refused to travel to Israel for a match Thursday against Hapoel Tel Aviv, apparently due to safety concerns. The team has said it was disappointed with the players’ decisions but would not take disciplinary action against them. The body that governs European soccer recently ordered Chelsea to play the match after players expressed security concerns.
