An Israeli woman was shot and killed near the West Bank city of Ramallah on Sunday. The victim, identified as Esther Klieman, 23, was riding on a reinforced bus on a bypass road, Israel Radio reported. Later on Sunday, an Israeli was killed in a shooting attack south of the West Bank town of Hebron.
