Israel arrested a Palestinian who it says planned to carry out a suicide attack at a Jewish holy site near Nablus. The 18-year-old Palestinian said he recently had been recruited by Fatah militants to carry out an attack against fervently Orthodox Jews who pray at Joseph’s Tomb, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz.
