Rabbi Joseph Potasnik, chaplain of the New York Fire Department, helped read the names of World Trade Center victims on the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Potasnik attended a Ground Zero memorial ceremony Wednesday in lower Manhattan with New York Police Department chaplain Rabbi Alvin Kass and New York Army National Guard chaplain Rabbi Jacob Goldstein, plus dozens of dignitaries.
