Two Arab brothers from eastern Jerusalem allegedly planned to carry out attacks in Jerusalem. One of the brothers, a security prisoner in an Israeli jail, reportedly gave his brother instructions and names of potential suicide bombers when he visited him in jail, the Israeli daily Yediot Achronot reported.
