Leslie Keller, a survivor of the Budapest Ghetto and a long-standing supporter of the World Jewish Congress, died Wednesday in Budapest at 83. Keller was active in helping Soviet Jews immigrate to Israel via Hungary during the final years of the Communist period. He also founded the World Federation of Hungarian Jews.
