Israeli Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was due to sign an agreement authorizing the sale of the country’s leavened goods for Passover. The annual sale will be made Tuesday to Jabar Hussein, a resident of Abu Ghosh, an Arab town outside Jerusalem.
