Jewish settlements in the West Bank are growing three times as fast as cities in Israel proper, a new report says. The 2002 Statistical Abstract, to be published by the College of Judea and Samaria in the West Bank city of Ariel, says Jewish cities and towns there grew by 20 percent in 2000-2002, compared with 6.8 percent for cities and towns in Israel proper, the Jerusalem Post reported.
