Billionaire financier and philanthropist George Soros said Israel’s policies fuel anti-Semitism. In a rare appearance before a Jewish audience Wednesday, Soros said, “The policies of the Bush administration and the Sharon administration contribute” to the “resurgence of anti-Semitism in Europe.” He added, “If we change that direction, then anti-Semitism also will diminish.”
