U.S. Jews remain solidly Democratic, although support for President Bush has increased. An American Jewish Committee survey released Monday shows Bush winning as much as 31 percent of the Jewish vote — up 5 percent to 7 percent from the 2000 election — against all potential Democratic contenders except U.S. Sen. Joseph Lieberman (D-Conn.).
