Social welfare, culture, education and youth outreach are being discussed at a conference of European Jewish welfare professionals in France. Items on the agenda at the European Council of Jewish Communal Services two-day conference in Marseille, which ends Monday, include how to address Jewish teenagers in their own language and how best to provide welfare services for Holocaust survivors.
