The leader of the World Jewish Congress urged Orthodox leaders to open dialogue with moderate Muslims. Speaking Saturday at the World Zionist Organization’s Center for Religious Affairs in the Diaspora, Rabbi Israel Singer said dialogue could lead to a “regeneration of the once-flourishing Jewish-Muslim renaissance.”
