More Holocaust survivors around the world, including those who were incarcerated in North Africa, will receive benefits from Germany. Following negotiations with the Claims Conference that ended Wednesday, Germany agreed to pay an additional $11.4 million for home care for Holocaust survivors, on top of the sum agreed to after negotiations last year.
